Instructions

Sit comfortably on the floor with one leg straight out in front of you Position the other leg so that your knee is bent pointing upwards and your foot is flat on the ground Loop a resistance band around the ball of your foot and, holding the ends with a firm grip, lean back slightly while pulling at the ends of the band Hold briefly allowing a deep stretch to occur in your calf muscle
