Sit comfortably on the floor with one leg straight out in front of you Position the other leg so that your knee is bent pointing upwards and your foot is flat on the ground Loop the resistance band around the toes of your extended leg and hold the ends firmly with your hands Allow the resistance to pull your toes towards you and then drive your toes back away from you, lightly flexing your calf as you do so
