Standing Palm Up Wrist Stretch

Instructions

Stand strong, with your feet grounded and placed shoulder-width apart while maintaining a tight core and flat back. Fully extend one arm directly out in front of you and rotate it so that the palm is facing up. With your free hand, take hold of your outstretched fingertips and gently pull them down towards the floor. Keeping your arm outstretched, you should feel a light stretching sensation in your wrist and forearm. Hold this stretch for the specified amount of time.
